Hyundai has decided to conduct a voluntary safety recall in the United States to replace the parking brake switch on:
- Model Year 2015 Hyundai Sonata sedans equipped with a manual parking brake produced at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama beginning on April 25, 2014 through March 03, 2015.
- Model Year 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedans equipped with a manualparking brake produced at Hyundai Motor Company beginning on November 20, 2013 through February 25, 2015.
Hyundai is initiating this action to ensure the safety and quality of its vehicles and the continued satisfaction of Hyundai customers.
