Hyundai Motor Company has decided to conduct a recall in the United States to reprogram the Electronic Power Steering Control Module in the following vehicles:
- 2008-2010 model year Elantra sedans produced between:
- June 01, 2008 and April 30, 2010
- June 01, 2008 and April 30, 2010
- 2009-2010 model year Elantra Touring vehicles produced between:
- November 01, 2008 and April 30, 2010.
Hyundai is initiating this action to ensure the safety and quality of its vehicles and the continued satisfaction of our customers. Dealers will perform the reprogramming service free of charge.
