Hyundai Motor America is conducting a voluntary safety recall in the United States on certain Model Year 2011 through 2014 Hyundai Sonata vehicles produced beginning on December 11, 2009 through May 29, 2014. Hyundai informed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on July 17, 2014 and is initiating this action to ensure the safety and quality of its vehicles and the continued satisfaction of its customers.
